Frequently Asked Questions

  • Coaching is present- and future-focused, designed to support insight, regulation, and evolution around clear goals; therapy addresses clinical symptoms and unresolved trauma and is offered as a distinct, state-regulated service.

  • We’ll begin with a consultation call where I learn more about your goals and what’s bringing you to this work. From there, I’ll design an engagement arc for you—deciding which tools and approaches will best support your growth. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll schedule our first session.

  • Most clients meet weekly or bi-weekly for 50 minutes. Our first call is typically 90 minutes. For couples or co-founder work, I often recommend 90-minute sessions to allow more space for both people’s perspectives.

    Where do we meet?

    • Coaching: Primarily online or by phone, so we can connect from anywhere.

    • Therapy: In person in Boulder, Colorado, or via Telehealth (for CO residents).

    • Immersions/Retreats: In Colorado or at a location of your choice, designed around your goals.

  • I do not bill insurance directly. For therapy (Colorado clients only), I can provide a superbill you may submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. For coaching, many companies offer professional development benefits, so check with your HR department about what may be available to you.

  • Clients tell me my style is both grounding and direct. We start with what’s alive for you—something current that has energy or stress—then connect it to your larger goals, values, and vision. For example, a tough conversation with a colleague can reveal core values, highlight strengths, and uncover limiting beliefs that may be holding you back. From there, we use tools like somatic awareness, parts work, or leadership frameworks to create insight and lasting change.

  • I offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy for clients in Colorado, specifically combining low-dose ketamine with EMDR and other trauma-informed approaches. This allows us to safely and gently access deeper layers of the nervous system and unlock stuck patterns. My focus is always on integration—helping you translate the insights from these sessions into lasting change in your leadership, relationships, and daily life.
